19 july 2013 - Pawłowice, ul. Katowicka. Kierowca (najpewniej mocno rozpędzony) nie zauważył/nie zdążył wyhamować przed zwężką do jednego pasa. Zestaw ostatecznie zatrzymał się na betonowych barierach.
