To jest Jelcz P623D/1 ADR z cysterną do transportu gazu. Jest to jeden z niewielu jelczy serii 623 jakie opuściły fabrykę. Od wersji 622 różniły się pneumatycznym zawieszeniem tylnych osi oraz silnikiem Steyr o mocy 320 KM. Co ciekawe jelcze serii 623 zaczęto produkować już w 1993 roku, a serie 622 w 1996.
