24 february 2015 - Sosnowiec - Zagórze, ul. Lenartowicza. Przed godziną 17 wpłynęło zgłoszenie o pożarze sadzy w kominie w jednym z domów jednorodzinnych. Na miejsce skierowano trzy zastępy Państwowej Straży Pożarnej z JRG-1 (611[S]51) i JRG-2 (612[S]22 i 612[S]25), do tego patrol policji, który kierował ruchem.
