Jak deklaruje inwestor z Białej Podlaskiej, w tym miejscu do końca 2017 roku ma powstać Centrum Handlowe "Stela", ale po postępie prac kompletnie nie widać, aby galeria powstała w tym roku. Wydaje się, że konflikt pomiędzy Urzędem Miasta a inwestorem dalej trwa.
