325, bez "S". Odmian skrzyniowych nie wyróżniano dodatkowym znakiem. W serii 300/320 dodatkowe oznaczenia dotyczyły jedynie podwozi i wywrotek. Skrzyniowe i ciągniki siodłowe to po prostu 315/325, 316/326 i 317/327.
