10 april 2012 - Szczecin, budowa przy alei Wyzwolenia. W tym miejscu stał do niedawna budynek d. Zakładów Przemysłu Odzieżowego "Dana". Teraz teren ten należy do J.W. Construction, które w zabytkowej kamienicy widocznej w tle (także pozostałość po "Danie") ulokuje pięciogwiazdkowy hotel, a w miejscu, z którego Volvo zabiera piach, wybuduje wieżowiec o wysokości całkowitej 125 m.
