Firmę dodajemy pod miejscowość w której jest ona zarejestrowana, a nie tam gdzie ma ona bazę. W tym wypadku są to Katowice. I jeszcze jedna rzecz - w polu adres wpisujemy pełen adres z kodem pocztowym i nazwą miejscowości. Nie samą ulicę i numer.
