Jeśli Stary Kisielin to osobna miejscowość, to powinna się ona znaleźć w bazie, a ten przewoźnik w niej. Chyba, że jest to nieoficjalna dzielnica Zielonej Góry i ma np. wspólny z częścią ZG kod pocztowy.
